What's Elon Musk gonna do with the millions of emails from the employees? He ain't gonna go over all of them. He's gonna have a software going through millions of emails. And I can guarantee software isn't 100% accurate.
This type of evaluation is for the direct supervisor to do (most of which probably already fired). The only thing this thing accomplishes is for Elon and Donald to show they're the boss.
