Yes.

The EU is currently sitting on 200 of 300 billion of Russian frozen assets.

In 3 years, the US has given Ukraine 182 billion, but most of that number is inflated because it's mostly arms we had retired that were valued as if they were brand new arms.

If we look at the Kiel institute, they have US at $119 billion vs Europe giving $138 billion so far. While the US gave more early, the rest of Europe out paces how much the US gives now.

The issue will be artillery shells, which Russia is making at a faster pace than the EU and US combined, but Ukraine is countering it with drones.

They are working to make their drones Musk-proof by having more of them being driven by fiber optics or AI rather than Starlink. They are not completely there yet, but they are getting there.
