there are probably more stress free and burden free to way to get there and knowing Trump, he will take the path of least effort.
We will probably share the satellite info on Ukrainian positions with Russia. We probably have ways to track their weaponry and their communications more effectively than Russians could. I could even see us renting out the services of our mercenary forces (with whatever Blackwater calls itself these days, and I am pretty sure that's a mushrooming industry where a lot of our ex military go).
On the one hand, I can see us engaging in some air support, but on the other, I can see how Trump might want to keep his hands as clean as possible because he really wants that Nobel Peace Prize.
