There's some speculation the reason he attacked the Houthis in Yemen is he wanted to invoke the Alien Enemies Act to ramp up mass deportations and his lawywers told him it wasn't legal if the US wasn't "at war." So by launching the attack he thinks that makes it legal, and he invoked the act since that attack.

So maybe Canada goes in that same vein?

Can you imagine being in the US military and the order comes down to attack Canada over this BS?
