Florida may replace immigrant labor with children

Thanks to DeSatan and the repub legislature in FL jobs vacated by deported migrants can now be filled by children. A bill being debated this week would allow children as young as 14 to work overnight shifts on school days.

The proposed law also includes a number of changes including eliminating working time restrictions on teenagers aged 14 and 15 if they are home-schooled and ending guaranteed meal breaks for 16 and 17 year olds.
