Based on the transcript Goldberg released, at the very minimum Gabbard should be fired and charged with lying to Congress, Hegseth should be fired, Waltz should be fired and the rest of them should be disciplined.
If Hegseth and Waltz continue to lie about Goldberg he should consider a defamation suit but my guess is he's just afraid Trump will use the power of presidency to attack him.
