Dustin West said he was in Harlem at 5:30 PM and saw a van pull up unmarked, Masked men jumped out and grabbed a family walking their kids home from school. West and others tried to ask the abductors what was going on and was told repeatedly leave, they refused to identify themselves.
He was eventually cuffed, one agent kicked his dog, and then he was told he was being arrested for interfering with ICE. West is an American citizen, he has no criminal record, he committed no act of violence and in fact no crime because until they cuffed him they had not once identified themselves as ICE.
