Canadian islands get 50% tariff because of fish

Back in 2024 Saint Pierre and Miquelon sold about 3 million dollars worth of Halibut to the United States. That's it, that's their entire trade history with the US.

Based on that Trump determined there's a 100% trade imbalance so he tariffed them 50%.
