Apparently what they passed is new or updated registrations. Senate still has to pass. 4 Dems voted yes for some insane reason.
I will have to do this we're in the process of deciding where to move to, so I'll have to register again. Not clear yet how you do that with a passport if you're registering online via the DMV which is how most people do it. You move, you update your address with the DMV, and then it asks if you want to register to vote at your new address and you say yes.
