So it begins. US born citizen held for ICE

This is why we need the sanctuary law.

- A 20 year old US born citizen got arrested by a Florida state trooper.
- The trooper goon decided he's an illegal during a traffic stop
- The citizen's mother shows up with his birth certificate
- The Florida county judge agrees it's a valid certificate.

But yet, DeSantis goons won't release him just because ICE tells them to continue to hold him. With the sanctuary law in place, the county jail would have told ICE to go pound sand and release him. The DeSantis goons' justification: It's out of our justification. Well then, they should have never detained him in the first place. What happened to the states' rights?
