I think there was one little revolt at some point early on when the board wanted Musk to stop tweeting, which he did for while I think, but it didn't last long and nothing came of it.
The board is either not that powerful at Tesla or they're calculating that their stocks are more valuable with Trump at the helm than otherwise.
