Misleading headline

The headline is misleading.

Her family sued the government for 30 million in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Apparently Trump instructed his DOJ to settle the case, we don't yet know for how much.

Note, Trump publicly said Babbitt was a good person "some say she was trying to hold back the crowd, and was murdered."
