And fun to work with. No one wants to work for a jerk. The creator is Rian Johnson, the guy who did Glass Onion and Knives Out, which both had big ensemble casts.
Also noticed that he casts a lot of actors and gives them all credits, which probably helps younger actors without a lot of credits.
He's the producer of 3 Body Problem too.
