Serious question.

I just want to ask you something. Not in sarcasm or mockery, but genuinely.

Are you okay? Like really okay?

Because this pattern… the way you post, the way you seem to take pleasure in irritating people. Have you ever paused to ask yourself why that gives you satisfaction? Why there's a dopamine hit when you know someone out there is upset, even if it's over something deeply personal or painful to them?

It’s not just disagreement. You seem compelled to find a counterpoint even in situations of grief, fear, or injustice, especially when people are trying to process hard news. You can’t seem to fight the instinct to turn it into a win/loss game, or a moment to jab.

And I get that maybe this is your way of finding community. Maybe this is how you’ve learned to feel seen or in control. But it's not a substitute for real connection. You might not realize it, but even those who snap back at you aren’t doing it because they hate you. No one here wants you to hurt. We just don’t want you to need this - to need to antagonize to feel alive.

Because that isn’t happiness. That’s bitterness. That’s something else.

We want more for you than this echo of satisfaction you get from pushing buttons. Maybe it’s not here in this community. But somewhere, I hope you find a space that brings out the best in you. The kind that makes you feel peaceful after, not just powerful in the moment.

That’s all. You don’t have to respond. But I hope you sit with it.
