For attempting to ask a question at a press conference.

Noem's people are claiming they didn't know he was Padilla because he didn't identify himself.

He did, he said it clearly on camera I'm Senator Alex Padilla.

This is again a trial run, and the GOP is making it clear they're all in on fascism
