(more likely cobbled up in bits and pieces from old legislation and multiple drafts circulating) and had the votes to pass until one man and one man alone blocked it so that he could use immigration as an issue in the election. This is an open and shut case. He is just trying to create some point of disagreement so that we can argue about that instead of the main point of why that bill was brought in that thread in the first place. That's his classic move, and frankly, it's not even worth engaging him on this. He is, at the end of the day, this guy:
