As for the cop yelling or the US being heartless.

Protesters/rioters were yelling in the faces of police all week long. Yelling obscenities, spit flying completely unhinged, pushing and shoving, throwing rocks, bricks(delivered to them) lighting sh*t on fire. It is these morons that are heartless and compassionless and there are far too many like you that fit that description.
