US positioning for possible bunker buster bomb

on Iran's 300-foot underground uranium centrifuge site.

Only B-2 bombers carry the 30,000 pound bunker buster bomb. Apparently, B-2s can travel for 24 hours straight if refueled - not sure how pilots get enough sleep for a 24 hour ride.

I'm curious what the US concept of a plan is should the bomb not fully be effective.
