i expect to hear the ayatollah surrender at any moments. The iranians have NEVER shown a penchant for demonstrating religious fervor in their reactions to things.

The normal non-religious first response is always to surrender. Just like we did after Pearl Harbor, Ft Sumter, and sputnik. Its not like the ayatollah will equate this to a holy war and demand a struggle to the death of America and israel.
