Scott voted yes citing the need to reel in costs and fraud

The same guy pled guilty as CEO to what was at the time the largest medical fraud case in US history. They paid a 600 million fine, he's not allowed to ever work in the medical field again.

And he's voting yes to stop Medicaid fraud?
