One of the officials in Texas that's been on tv said the forecast they got was 4-6 inches, they got 10 inches in like an hour and 12 in 90 minutes. he said had they had any idea how bad it was going to be they would have been able to warn people near the rivers that flooded.
One Texas paper is reporting Ted Cruz called that authority and cautioned him against speculation, in other words don't criticize dear leader.
Trump said it appears some young people have died. it's horrible. Hasn't done anything, no FEMA help on the way directive, no we're giving them immediate access to emergency funds etc. Nothing
