As usual local moron gets it all wrong.
The decision was 8-1 with Jackson as the lone dissent in allowing Trump to tear apart federal agencies. The EO says they have to do it following "existing laws". Jacksons dissent says Trump is taking a wrecking ball to the government and by the time the court has a chance to decide if he followed the laws, it will be too late the functionality of key parts of the government will have been damaged.
Jackson was the lone dissenter but "several followers of the court said they strongly believe the liberal judges sided with the majority to allow Jackson's dissent to STAND OUT more." Sotomayor for example said she thought the court was likely to rule in Trumps' favor and the order required him to follow the law, essentially they're going to back him anyways as long as we are able to evaluate if he followed the law that's the best we can do.
Essentially from what I can find what Jackson says is by the time we are able to evaluate what he's done, it'll be too late, it's a threat to our democracy.
The PERFECT example of this is going on in Texas where 5 days after flooding FEMA's chief hasn't even made a public statement let alone done anything, and the local volunteer groups are doing more to help people, and the Mexican government, than anybody else is. Trump hasn't gone and seen it, he's golfing. Cruz is refusing to call out Trump going as far as lying on national tv about the content of warning messages that went out to the point where local residents are posting copies of the messages they got that CLEARLY did not warn about dangerous flooding until after 1am. Cruz has now conceded, without admitting he lied, that the people who needed to see the warnings were probably asleep when they went out!
That is an example of what happens when a bunch of morons vote for a felon and he wrecks the government, key agencies that help save lives now don't function as they should
