The GOP "won" the presidency because of a technicality called the electoral college. The GOP is in control of Congress, thanks to technicalities like gerrymandering, voter suppression tricks, and 2 senators per state.

But because of a technicality, he is deported. There will be more of these as naturalized citizens get deported.
