My older sister worked for Santa Clara County elections for like 20 plus years before retiring. She was the ballot layout person it was her job to get it all done in multiple languages she worked insane hours. During election years she would routinely work 100 hour weeks. I used to ask her why don't they just do online voting and she would laugh and say because we can't guarantee secure voting that way, it's secure now but even now we have to worry about it, if you put voting online it'll just be impossible to guarantee secure voting.

Boy was she right.

I was in the air on the way to the Philippines on election night after we landed I had heard it appeared likely Trump won. When we got to our destination I exchanged texts with my sister and she said then I'm very suspicious of the election results but obviously have no knowledge of fraud so I'm just assuming a bunch of people voted for that guy despite everything we know about him, and a bunch of Dems didn't vote. That's still the most logical explanation but this one is at least intriguing.

But again that's how conspiracy theories work, take a known outcome and work backwards to get a solution that explains it all
