So the claim is the ligature marks on his neck are NOT consistent with hanging oneself. They said he made a noose out of fabric like a shirt or blanket, looped one end through a hole in the bedframe, tied it around his neck and then fell forward using gravity to do the work. The claim is the marks on his neck are wrong and there's a fracture that's more consistent with being hit in the throat. His brother said he has friends in the military who told him what happened, someone hit Jeffrey in the throat, like a karate chop, fractured it and then put the noose around him and hung him from behind making it look like he hung himself.
