first time since the 1920s. France approved a 1.5b euro project to clean it up. Spurred by the 2024 Olympics it was just approved for public swimming. It had been cleared for Olympic events and now everybody. Germany is considering the same for the Spee river.
Glad to see we are all moving in the same direction....oh wait...
