in her substack she points out the review already happened, in April. They kept changing rules on who could see what and what to flag as people pointed out there was confidential info on minors, social security numbers and other stuff that most of the FBI agents were NOT trained to handle correctly.
There's an excel spreadsheet of all the instances of Trump being mentioned, you don't do a spreadsheet for a couple of mentions.
There's videos of training sessions on how to look for Trump and what to do because so many of the people looking had no training on what the rules of privacy were.
They put the whole thing in one shared file in a shared drive that did NOT have the correct government security, they know for a fact people who should not have seen it, did, and they strongly fear it got hacked from outside as it apparently was NOT a secret they were doing it.
after they did it, Trump ordered them NOT to release it. That led to the absurd statement it didn't exist.
Gill knows this because after hearing it was happening she put out a call online for anybody that was involved in the review to contact her. And more than 2 dozen people, mostly FBI agents, did in fact contact her and confirm it happened.
Most of them admitted they assumed anything incriminating was going to be scrubbed about Trump and that was the point of them doing it.
