Everytime we go back to ''Never Again'', and we seem to be doing

this with an alarming regularity, we never quite say what is it that we want to never again. I don't remember anyone actually spelling this out when Rwandans were dying either.

So "never again" is like a rubber necker on the freeway reflecting momentarily on how fragile life can be before speeding up again.
