Reports now are they gave her limited immunity called proffer immunity which is normally given in an active investigation not when someone has already been convicted.
So I guess we'll be told soon they're investigating Clinton and in exchange they gave her immunity. So she'll "clear" Trump, implicate Clinton and get immunity.
