In May they were hit by flooding, above the threshold for federal aid. Wes Moore called and asked and was denied, then filed federal paperwork and was again denied.
Says Trump has also been refusing to help NC, West VA and others but he clearly believes Trump didn't help Maryland because they voted for harris not him.
