Forgot to add. EU for the win, they threatened counter measures if Trump didn't bring down the tariffs so he cut them from 30 to 15 and TACO caves again

As mentioned the number for investments went from 600 to 750 billionduring the announcement by Trump. Not clear if he just changed the number or he confused the second part of the deal which he later said was 600 billion.
