''profits'' from Trump's trade deal with Korea?

The deal with South Korea includes an investment of $350-billion in key US industries.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick follows this announcement by claiming that, "90% of the profits of South Korea's $350-billion investment would go to the American people".

So we're all gonna be rich. Maybe not ALL of us, but a few will certainly be. Is this a great country, or what?
