Stupid orange dolt thinks there is a faucet or something that could be turned on to move water from Oregon/Washington to California. “ We actually opened up that water pretty strongly… We opened it up anyway and the water is coming down” The man is a fking imbecile. This is not only stupid it is an impossibility.

It seems fairly clear that Donald Trump thinks gravity makes water flow "down" from the Pacific Northwest to California, because there is absolutely no system that connects the water in Oregon and Washington to Southern California.
