In that scheme, Ukraine and all ex-soviet states are Russia's (Finland and eastern Europe to be negotiated in some Yalta II, tbd). Asia and Africa belong to China. The entire Western Hemisphere belongs to US, meaning Trump, and including Greenland and Canada. And last but not least, the entire middle east is under Israel's jurisdiction, who is in turn, under US protection.
I believe that is truly how he sees the world ... because that was the way the world was when he was young, and that's the kind of world he feels safe in.
