THe US farmers lost 12 billion in soybean sales to China, Trump the genius negotiated a ONE TIME purchase of 72 million. He lowered tariffs back to what they were when he took over. And he got them to remove restrictions on rare earth metals, which were only put in place because of his tariffs.

So 9 months to get back to where it was, with a massive loss in soybean sales and no guarantee they will buy any more.

China's embassy posted a cartoon of a furious Trump shouting out various tariff percentages as Xi calmly sips tea.
