Again, these maps have got to be causing a massive panic in any state where they're considering gerrymandering.

Why?

Gerrymandering means redrawing the lines of congressional districts so that your party's share of the vote is spread out efficiently to get the most wins.

If the state is R+10 overall, you can do this easily. But if it's R+3, suddenly there's a risk of going too far and letting Ds win.
