If you watch the video when the guy first goes down Trump is actually looking at him standing there he actually DOES look like he's concerned.
But then he moved towards the phones.
A ton of people are looking at that one picture and pointing out how much bigger Trumps right hand is than his left hand calling out clear edema in the hand again
