The dumbest person ever. There's a satirical site called the Dunning Kruger Times. So naturally Trump reads it. They posted a satire article claiming Obama has skimmed more than 10 million dollars off the top from Obamacare. Note, he has not been in office since Jan 2017.
Trump literally told an audience that they caught Obama doing this. After he'd reposted the fake article he said it live on an open mic.
