The documents have been cleansed. There's no way that Trump would allow incriminating evidence to be made public.

If the documents were modified and then released to the public - is there a realistic possibility that any un-modified versions may yet exist, and may eventually be leaked?

And if so, would anyone believe them?

Regardless of what happens next, Team Trump is succeeding in their war on truth. At this point, most people are asking themselves "What is true?" and "What is false?" and "What can I believe?". With false narratives and deepfakes circulating on the internet, and with carefully-curated "newsfeeds" crammed down our throats, it's becoming increasingly difficult to trust anything we encounter. This type of chaos is a win for Team Trump, as it enables them to foist their false narratives on the American public. Remember the term "alternative facts?"
