First, Marjorie Taylor Greene pushed for Trump to release the Epstein files. Then, she pushed back against the GOP program to cut back on Medicaid and on ACA healthcare subsidies. Now, she is apologizing for the toxic environment she helped create.
Some background: MTG recently revealed that she was contacted by some private security firms with warnings for her safety, because "the most powerful man in the world began using aggressive rhetoric against her and egging on his supporters to do the same." So, now MTG feels threatened...
And when an interviewer pointed out that MTG herself had never spoken out against such behavior from the White House when it was directed at other people, she responded by.... apologizing. Here's a snippet:
"I would like to say, humbly, I’m sorry for taking part in the toxic politics."
