Until she gave the approval anyone else was attacked. First she allowed some purple district congressmen then allowed hints of Obama comments leak.
Prior to that, the Dems attacked anyone that dared mention Biden's feeblemindedness.
Of the people you mentioned, who's comments to replace Biden on the ticket was welcomed prior to the polls dropping so quickly?
Dems absolutely were not forthcoming of Biden's lack of mental acuity.
