Thanks, I appreciate your advice.

I've got to buy 2 cars in the next 4 years if my kids can get an internship or a job in the tech sector as a student.

Luckily one is in robotics so the unemployment is low. The other is going to start in marketing which isn't as great but has a lower unemployment than an average college grad.
