so I suspect that the decision will be one that gives all leeway to the Trump administration to revoke anyone's birth citizenship retroactively.
I think birthright citizenship going forward will be dead by this time next year. I am not going to even debate that.
Striking down birthright citizenship through some interpretive contortionism will also help open the door that the court wants bust wide open: undermining reconstruction amendments and in fact, develop the argument that any amendment outside of the bill of rights does not really qualify as inherently constitutional because they were not created by the founders.
