One of the comments about the new Trump fund for babies is that it's designed to let him use taxpayer money to prop up the stock prices. Because every baby born gets 1000 in taxpayer money and 250 from the Dell donation. That ends up being billions a year that HAVE to be invested in the index fund they create so it will be stocks. And it's EVERY child, its' automatic.
So he gets to use taxpayer money that will help prop up the markets
