Yeah this one is interesting, The boat was apparently using technology to fake it's location. Its currently supposed to be off the coast of Suriname but was actually just in port in Venezuela refueling and then left port and was seized because they have been smuggling oil to sanctioned countries like Iran.
So in that sense it's good but it appears they may have seized it when it wasn't in international waters but was in Venezuelan Waters which is a whole other barrel of monkeys
