useable. As we all know, he took a bureaucracy laden red tape unusable plan put in place by Obama and made it easy to use for Veterans. As per usual, Democrats put programs in place for other Democrats, not for the people themselves. It is why you spend billions on a program for the homeless with ZERO to show for it other than their fellow Democrats soaking up taxpayer money. Veterans at the VA in west LA told me this direcly a few years ago as they all love Trump no matter their background.
