Can a President be censured?

The fecal stain on the office of POTUS by Donald Trump continues to spread with each of his Trumper Tantrums. He is so beneath the dignity of the office.

Should Congress vote to censure him? IMO he's dangerously delusional in his words and actions and poses a threat to this country.
