Specifically, the EPA under Zeldin has taken the following actions:
Rescinded Limits on Four PFAS: The EPA has announced its intent to rescind the regulatory limits for four specific PFAS chemicals: PFHxS, PFNA, HFPO-DA (GenX), and PFBS. The agency is asking a federal court to overturn the standards for these chemicals.
