I'd suggest emailing banner12@[major email services]. It seems like that's been his default username wherever he has picked up an email address. He may have moved from comcast to something else.
Someone should have a current address though: when I came back some years ago with a new handle (trying to shed the baggage and old feuds that I thought came with LBB) I had to email him to get my new handle confirmed because the software only accepted edu accounts at the time. So unless that setting has been changed since then, all these new handles we see here must come by way of tb's approval.
So I dunno ... ask woody? :)
