A lot of people have to go through a lot of pain before this becomes obvious *and unavoidable* to everyone. It sucks that a lot of people have to get hurt for this to happen, but like I said earlier: this is what happens when you're dealing with a bunch of people who were abused all their lives (by the system they grew up with) who can't imagine they don't deserve this current sh*t. No one does.
